WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All of our baths and accessories come with "white glove delivery" as standard. This is the opening and inspection of all of the equipment to help us to ensure that you have exactly what you requested and it has arrived undamaged. We go out of our way to ensure that you get exactly what you need. You have the ability to return any damaged goods straight away and we will get you a replacement as soon as we can.
Other returns are in compliance with your statutory rights. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
We are only able to ship to the UK mainland and not NI, the islands or highlands. Our 'white glove delivery service some as standards and includes delivery, unpacking and inspection by trained personnel. We do everything we can to ensure that your delivery goes smoothly and is exactly as you require. The standard white glove delivery service is £199.
WHAT ABOUT A WARRANTY?
Our Warranty Promise
• Guaranteed lifetime leak-free seal
• 10-year warranty on bath shell, panels and glass doors
• 1-year warranty on brassware, motorised/electrical equipment and soft seat materials
• Option to purchase an extended 2-year warranty (3 years in total) including an annual service in year 2 and 3

• Covers bath shell, bath panels, glass doors and removable hard seats where applicable
• Subject to reasonable wear and tear
1-year warranty
• Covers brassware (including hinges, handles, taps/ spout, wastesystemsincludingplug-and-chain, pop-up waste and click wastes)
• Covers motors and electrical items (including, where supplied: Air spa motors, Chromotherapy lights, Bluetooth sound system, seat lifting actuators, control boxes, back-up batteries, control buttons and control touch pads, handsets and connecting wires)
• Covers soft material seats
2-year warranty extension scheme
• Covers parts that fall within 1-year warranty period
• Covers a further 2-year warranty in addition to year one (3 years in total)
• Covers electrical and mechanical breakdown
